We are currently recruiting 2 Sales Operations Analysts within our ANZ Commercial Excellence team. Within this role you will utilise your extensive business analysis and Salesforce.com technical experience to implement, manage and develop sales enablement processes and systems for the ANZ business.


**A Day in the Life**


The Sales Operations Analysts will join our Commercial Excellence tea and provide the means for all ANZ Commercial teams to implement, manage and develop sales enablement processes and systems. The Operations Analyst will provide one point of contact for Commercial management to initiate, design and deliver Sales Operations initiatives that support growth efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction. This role translates business needs into actionable system and process requirements and communicates the business benefit and impact of process and system improvements.


**In this role you will:**


+ Provides Sales Operations business relationship management to all Commercial teams

+ Manage Sales enablement systems (Sample):

+ Salesforce.com

+ Global Sales Reporting

+ Manage Sales enablement processes

+ Closely work with PMO to ensure that all Sales Operations initiatives are appropriately entered into the PMO, prioritised and resourced

+ Support full usage of Salesforce.com across all business units and functions

+ Provides clear training, guidance, governance and data stewardship to ensure data quality in sales systems is sufficient to enable processes as intended

+ Wherever possible, automate processes workflow within Salesforce.com

+ Develop proposals for changes/improvements to sales enablement systems including business case development and stakeholder management


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ A Bachelors degree is essential

+ Previous experience in a business facing, relationship management role

+ Salesforce.com administration experience

+ Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience especially Commercial and IT stakeholders

+ Ability and willingness to handle additional workload during peak periods

+ Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment especially able to work and influence within a large team without direct reporting lines

+ Experience with SAP will be viewed favourably

+ Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office suite software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint
