The Service Delivery Center Manager is responsible for the oversight and allocation of resources at CDS. Establishes and maintains ongoing relationship management with assigned CDS customers and all associated stakeholders. In conjunction with CDS delivery team, manages the administration of processes and operational duties for CDS accounts. Accountable for optimizing order fulfillment to clients in a high quality, cost effective manner within assigned area of focus.




  • Develops and implements approved sourcing strategies assigned business to maintain and maximize market share potential within scope of contract.
  • Ensures order fulfillment growth and actively looks for solutions and improvement programs as required.
  • Acts as key contactand may support and collaborate with Adecco Account Leaders, Sales and CDS leadership on plans to maintain/expand existing business and services.
  • Serves as liaison for issue resolution and service delivery challenges between CDS recruiting and client.
  • Determines client needs and develops plans for service improvement.
  • Serves as the delivery team's primary liaison between account managers and all other stakeholders.
  • Interacts with appropriate account team regarding customer Service Level Agreements to ensure order fulfillment meets contractual objectives.
  • Completes validation of requisitions received.
  • Provides consultation and direction to the SDC staff regarding fulfillment issues.
  • Oversees established CDS quality metrics and ensures CDS adherence to these quality standards Documents deficiencies; recommends corrective action; and establishes performance metrics.
  • Develops and implements CDS revenue and expense forecasts for accounts serviced with the delivery team.
  • Establishes budget and assists with the development of short and long range growth plans for the CDS.
  • In conjunction with CDS Analytics, provides reporting oversight processes to ensure data validity and integrity.
  • Delivers agreed upon usage, cost savings, compliance and performance metrics reporting.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends as they relate to impact on client business and the candidate workforce.
  • Evaluates order fulfillment, productivity and quality issues and identifies and implements processes improvements.
  • Manages career development plans, training for direct reports and mentors and coaches in-line with human resources principles.
  • Conducts timely annual and interim performance evaluations and sets individual and team objectives to cultivate a culture of high performance and teamwork.
  • Ensures team maintains appropriate skills and competencies required to conduct operations timely, effectively and in compliance.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.




Bachelors degree in business or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of staffing services recruiting, management, sales management, and/or operations management experience is required. Equivalent combination of post-high school education and nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable. Willingness and ability to travel is required.



  • Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to develop, improve and streamline processes to meeting established goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to negotiate and administer contracts, as well as the ability to execute contracts in compliance with corporate guidelines, laws, rules and regulations.
  • Ability to deliver prepared and ad hoc presentations to both large and small groups on job-related topics.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Bullhorn and CM (Custom Match).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
