**A Day in Life**

Under the leadership of the Customer Services Manager, the Customer Services Specialist is the individual contributor who provides organizational related support or service for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision. This position concerns the TWAL (Turkey, West Asia, Levant) region, where you will work in close cooperation with local commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, DSM). In this position you;

Will represent company to external and internal customers, answer product-related questions, trace lost shipments, interpret and clarify customer orders for the shipping department, take orders or registrations and when necessary may connect customers to appropriate support or field staff.

May manage web-based ordering or registrations, confer with management regarding customer credits, return goods for credit, identify quality assurance complaints and write price differentials on mail orders.

May follow allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, deductions and adjustments focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.

May manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems,

Will issue the sales invoices of related departments for State Hospitals, University Hospitals and Private Hospitals on a daily basis, prepare pro forma invoices, provide other information and documents that are to be sent along with the invoices and submit them to the hospitals by working in coordination with the related sales representative.

Will do back-order follow up by taking the weekly Open Order list and inform the departments about back-orders, perform the necessary transactions on the products that fell to back order and ensure the shipment of these products.

Will follow up custom clearance procedures by working in coordination with customs clearance and ensuring that the products are delivered to the warehouse in time.

Will perform the reconciliation of the consigned materials assigned to the department sales representative and service providers at the end of each month.

Will collect the necessary documents pertaining to the materials that are to be issued FOC or discarded and issue the invoices or performing discard deductions.

Will issue the sales invoices of related departments when needed.

Will control the invoices issued for imports via the system and prepare delivery notes for them.

Will control Goods In Transit reports.

**Must Haves**

Bachelors degree from relevant universities,

2-3 year experience in a similar position,

Good command of MS Office programs,

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work in and lead cross functional teams,

Well organized, aptitude for paperwork, good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills,

Active and good listener, team player, effective problem solving skills, result and quality orientation,

Good command of both written and spoken English.

**Nice to Haves**

Proven experience in SAP Order Management use.
