**Country Sales Manager Renal Care Solution and Cardiac Surgery**


**A Day in the Life:**


+ Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Drive profitable revenue growth in CS RCS business

+ Optimize channel strategy in partnership with channel team, with higher adoption of GD

+ Distribution management with key focus on RCS secondary sales and pricing visibility and optimization of distribution margin

+ Partner with EMG to increase market penetration

+ Deliver % SM, ASP increase and agreed product mix.

+ Talent management Develop and nurture CS RCS team with special focus on coaching abilities of managers and account management capabilities of AM/TM.

+ Compliance ensure strict adherence to Medtronic compliance policies in customer interactions and programs.

+ Directly contributes to the attainment of financial and operational goals within the business unit or region in support of the companys overall financial and strategic objectives.

+ Establishes budgets, short- and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success.

+ Ensures sales strategies are aligned to Business Unit strategies and that support to the field is in place.

+ Oversees new product/market introductions, sales training programs, key surgeons/key account visit and attendance at key industry congresses and meetings.

+ Provides strategy and direction for ongoing business development, implementation of marketing plans, development of sales and market development objectives and tools, and growth of the business for the region.

+ Maintains long-range sales and marketing plan


**Must Have Minimum Requirements:**


+ B.E or B.Tech ( Bio Medical Engineers / Bio Technology)/ B. Pharma /Bachelors Degree in Sciences from an accredited university.

+ Minimum of 12 to 15 Years of Experience

+ Strong people management capabilities with proven experience of driving performance culture and developing talent.

+ Business and financial acumen to drive profitablee growth.

+ Collaboration across functions like Channel, supply chain, finance, EMG, BD to drive and execute initiatives.

+ Change management capabilities

+ Deliver revenue AOP with constant market share growth

+ Partner with marketing to deliver profitable growth

+ Drive performance driven culture with recognition to performer and improve/ purge non-performers.

+ Developing leadership talent in the team

+ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

+ Highly optimistic and indomitable spirit.

+ Excellent communicator with a good command of written and spoken English.
