Make an impact on patients suffering from Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI). Help improve patient access to therapies that improve their lives by educating CVI stakeholders treating physicians, referring physicians, and patients on the CVI patient journey. We are looking for a remote based **Field Marketing Manager** to raise awareness on endovenous disease states and therapies, including Medtronic endovenous therapies. This role sits within the Market Development group and will collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Product Management.

To be successful in this role you will need to develop comprehensive knowledge of the CVI disease state, patient journey, CVI therapies, and Medtronic CVI therapies and communicate that knowledge to stakeholders within the CVI community in order to support our US marketing strategy. **A Day in the Life:**

You will increase market penetration for therapies that treat CVI, including Medtronic endovenous therapies, by being the area expert and raising awareness on CVI therapies, patient journey, and patient barriers to care.

You will work with the marketing team, medical affairs team, sales district managers, territory managers, and clinical specialists to develop strategies and business plans around the patient journey.

You will create strong relationships with relevant CVI stakeholders in your area including Medtronic customers / treating physicians, referring physicians, and medical societies.

You will travel throughout your area and partner with Medtronic customers to raise awareness among referring physicians and patients on CVI, the patient journey, patient barriers to care, and CVI therapies.

You will deploy marketing tactics to increase CVI awareness and knowledge in your area, including leading stakeholder presentations, executing local advertising, and providing representation at local medical society or patient events.

You will become a subject matter CVI, CVI therapies, and the patient journey.

You will assist in the creation of Field Marketing assets, including educational collateral and presentations.

You will provide monthly and quarterly performance summaries on your activities and CVI awareness building tactics.

Travel local and regional travel required 50-70% of the time.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors degree and at least 4 years of experience in marketing, clinical, sales, or a sales support role (2 years of experience with Advanced Degree)

Product or program management experience

**Nice to Have:**

Masters Degree

Previous Medtronic experience in clinical, sales, marketing or product management or experience in the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing field-based marketing programs

Previous experience with developing therapy awareness and education programs strongly preferred

Previous experience and knowledge from working in venous or cardiac clinical setting

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience
