Join a Leader be a leader. **MAINPURPOSE OF JOB (summary):** Trainees will play a critical role inachieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operatingroom selling of the Medtronic products. Trainees can expect to gain broadknowledge of Medtronic's therapies, sales, business development and applicationfunctions and a detailed understanding of the role these functions play in meetingcompany objectives. At the end of training period, the trainee will take up afull-time role in their respective base location. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Traineeswill go through intensive technical training on our therapies and products.Trainees will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in product andtherapy knowledge.Traineeswill receive orientation on effective engagement of healthcare practitionersboth in the operation theatre and chamber setting. Trainees will be responsiblefor product adoption using selling market development skills.Achievingsecondary sales targets month on month. Both quantity and value month onmonth (by operating room presence- 4times a week, minimum of 6 sales callsper day, collecting data on competitive product usage and types of surgeriesperformed, product demonstrations, proactive product evaluations)AccountManagement: Driving sales targets for the assigned Class of TradeCustomerrelationship managementRecommendingand organizing marketing activitiesEstablishinglong-term medical-scientific/strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)and with related major medical associations and academic Centers of Excellence(COEs)OrganizingCMEs and other marketing activities as approved by the marketing team inconjunction with the Regional Managers.Timelyreporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus products.Take initiative and be a self-starter..
