RTG (Restorative Therapies Group) OVERVIEW
The Restorative Therapies Group develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.
BRAIN THERAPIES offers an integrated portfolio of devices and therapies for the treatment of neurological disorders and diseases, as well as surgical technologies designed to improve the precision and workflow of neuro procedures.
**A Day in the Life:**
Oversees and coordinates the assembly of products following FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO guidelines and Medtronic procedures and documents all processes used.
Oversee and coordinate work of manufacturing leads, assemblers and technicians
Train assemblers, manufacturing leads and technicians in clean room procedures, QSRs and ISO guidelines and requirements
Assign work according to production schedule
Suggest improvements in processes, products and schedules
Work with Production Manager and Director of Operations to assign work, review activities, review problems
Select, train, supervise and evaluate production personnel
Coordinate production activity with other Production Supervisors
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree required
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
**Nice to Have**
3+ years of experience in device assembly
2+ years supervisory experience
Production operations, work planning, scheduling
Read drawings and Shop Orders
Quality System Regulations
ISO procedures
Supervise and train production personnel
Use of various tools, including microscopes, calipers
Analyze operations, functions, finished products
Recognize problems and take corrective measures
Hazardous materials handling and emergency response procedures
