The Americas eBusiness COE teampurpose is to continuously improve the ease, efficiency and quality of the Order-To-Cash value stream through automation and self-service. By listening to and advocating for the voice of our external and internal Customers we can transform our industry by delivering digital eBusiness solutions via our electronic platforms (web, mobile, EDI, and OCR). Making it easier to do business together.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Manage, plan, perform, and implement external and internal Customer Engagement initiatives/projects to promote the increased usage of electronic platforms.

+ Proactively identify, analyze, and execute creative marketing ideas to increase eBusiness channel adoption.

+ Partner cross-functionally across internal Medtronic organizations, businesses geographies(sales, marketing, customer care, etc.) to implement promotional strategiesto provide external Customers with a singular view of Medtronic.

+ Manage design and delivery of content for campaigns, presentations, demos, and training courses for external and internal Customers, utilizing Medtronic Brand templates within PowerPoint and additional tools.

+ Participate in the development of digital marketing programs, working with Global Communications and the respective marketing functions on a global marketing plan.

+ Work with marketing product development to incorporate eBusiness into product launches.

+ Provide regular communication status to goals (KPI metrics, ROI realization, scorecards, etc.).

+ Effectively manage change to include business growth / decline, market shifts, technology conversions, and process improvements.

+ Leverage Customer segmentation and analytics with fellow eBusiness team members to drive adoption.

+ Maintain and develop metrics that provide data for process success measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.


**Must Have**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

+ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ Ability to develop and expand relationships with partners in order to achieve business objectives


**Nice to have**


+ Degree in Marketing or related specialty

+ Project Management experience and certification

+ Proven track record of planning and execution

+ Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills

+ Strong cross-organizational collaboration skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
