The Lung Health Global Principal Product Specialist
is an essential member of the Lung Health Marketing team, reporting to the Director
of Downstream Marketing. The person will
play a key role in formulating short and long-term plans, goals, and objectives
for managing a lung health product. The
primary role is to be the global product marketing lead, focusing on marketing
strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market
opportunity, working closely with sales and education for a specific product line
over the entire life cycle.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Direct, develop, and implementcomprehensive product launch and growth plans to drive global awarenessand adoption of a Lung Health product.

+ Lead execution of product plans andactivities with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as UpstreamMarketing, Regional Marketing, Marketing Communications, MarketingOperations, Medical Education, and Sales.

+ Build and lead launch sub-teams,including Sales, Sales Training, Medical Education, MarketingCommunications, Professional Services, Clinical/HEPR Strategy, etc.

+ Establish clear market preparation,launch, and post-launch objectives with which to plan and measure businessperformance.

+ Partner with and provide commercialdirection to Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Education and othercritical functions in planning product release.

+ Develop and deliver executive-levelpresentations both internally and externally.

+ Develop strong understanding of productfeatures, product operation, patient flow dynamics, disease state, andhealth economics to support internal teams and assist customercommunications.

+ Partner closely with upstream marketingcolleagues especially in the areas of customer feedback and enhancementneeds. Ensure smooth project handover from product development to productlaunch.

+ Build customer acquisition andretention plans and interface with customers in development of productplan and providing ongoing customer support and service.

+ Manage product promotion through saleforce collateral, digital channels, and peer-to-peer and educationalevents.

+ Develop and manage relationships withphysician consultants and KOLs for marketing engagement opportunities.

+ Manage resourcing, timelines andbudgets associated with projects in areas of responsibility.

+ Travel approximately30%, global.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years marketing and sales experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Previous product launch/downstreammarketing experience

+ MBA or Engineering degree
