To join our Patient Management (CRM) Business, we are currently looking for a Product Manager, Device Management Solutions please note that this role could be based elsewhere in our EMEA offices.


Patient Management is a dynamic Integrated Operating Unit within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM- Cardiac Rhythm Management) organization.

Our ambition is to lead in digital health connecting patients, caregivers and clinicians to enable a differentiated experience that creates efficiency for healthcare systems, improves patient outcomes and unlocks new therapies and markets. **A day in the Life**


Responsible and accountable for Device Manager Solutions product marketing strategy, which includes managing the product within its lifecycle, defining the portfolio positioning, executing pricing, multichannel communication plan and ongoing software upgrade communications.


Influence global marketing management to successfully implement product marketing strategies and tactics and that resonate with customers in Western Europe.

Successfully develop and implement product marketing tactics in partnership with cross Business Marketing partners and countries to launch and advance a system sell approach.

Act as the internal and external champion for Medtronic Device Manager Solutions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including key opinion leaders to increase advocacy and adoption.

Act as the single point of expertise for information on the product, target market and competitors gather competitive intelligence and execute competitive campaigns to grow differentiation.

Identify the need for market research and market analyses to identify unmet market needs and trends, and to define the future product strategy.

Partner with Training and Education to ensure the sales force and customers are trained on services, solutions, initiatives, and campaigns. This will include new-hire training and routine sales training meetings and events.

Deploy and coordinate a marketing mix strategy, to deliver messages to different target segments..

Engage collaborate across matrix of functions


**Must Haves**


Bachelor or masters degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business

5+ years of experience in medical technology/ solutions


3+ marketing and/or training education experience

Strong understanding of medical technology marketing (digital marketing


experience/ qualification would be a plus)

Experience working in multinational company, in a matrix environment


**Nice to Haves**


Experience in medical technology solution ( **cardiology** would be a plus)


Strong project management skills


Customer focused

Excellent interpersonal skills

Analytical background with strong data analysis experience

Fluent in English. Any other European language is an advantage

Willingness to travel 20-30%

Job based in/Location: Western Europe
