Minimally Invasive Therapies Group, in Boulder, Colorado, develops
electrosurgery and radiofrequency treatment systems that increase patient
safety and provide solutions for challenging surgical problems. We are currently hiring an RD Laboratory
Technician III.

**A Day in the Life**

this position, you will collect and analyze data needed during the design and
development ofsurgical
devices including LigaSure vessel sealing devices. Click
Here at for more information about LigaSure Technology. You will also assist in the collection and execution of all
the testing and verification that goes into releasing product.

Responsibilities may include,
but are not limited to:

+ Perform moderately complex tests of prototypes, processes andproduct.

+ Perform test protocols.

+ Perform standard computations and plots data.

+ Perform simple computer applications for data entry, analysis andretrieval.

+ Qualify and validate new or alternate equipment, processes, andnew and alternate components.

+ Set up, maintain, repair, calibrate and adjusts complex laboratoryformulations.

+ Test equipment as directed and perform troubleshooting asrequired.

+ Gather and maintain accurate and timely records, samples,technical data and testing documentation.

+ Participate in team decision making and develop team problemsolving and communication skills.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and may requirevocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior workexperience

**Nice to Have**

+ Experience working in a laboratory setting with organictissue.

+ Skill in technical measurement using standardlaboratory tools such as micrometers, oscilloscope, etc.

+ Knowledge of basic theory of scientific or technicaldiscipline.

+ Knowledge of anatomy.

+ Computer skills on personal computer.

+ Basic knowledge of MS Office,Excel.

+ Statistical knowledge a plus.

+ Effective record keeping skills.

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Advanced collaborative skills.

+ Good time management andprioritization skills.

+ Self -driven/motivated andstrong background in multitasking.

+ Demonstrated strengthin building strong relationships cross-functionally.
