To gain market share in the business by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronics Cardiac Ablation Solutions products within assigned territories


**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Work within and actively promote Medtronics core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (Foundation list) and Code of Conduct.

+ Promotes and sells Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

+ Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.

+ Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.

+ Promotes and establishes education of the companys products and/or services to customers.

+ Provide on-going field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in market, distribution, pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features.

+ Implements market development plans/strategies and organize marketing activities as needed.

+ Complete administrative reporting as assigned, such as expense reports, updating account profiles and analysis, daily / weekly plans, and activity reports, monthly forecast, database, and inventory log.

+ Provide clinical technical service to healthcare professionals. (case support required)

+ Maintain a high level of product knowledge.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.


**Nice to Have**


+ 1~3 years of previous sales experience in medical device and pharmaceutical industry is preferred

+ Experience with Electrophysiology (EP catheter equipment, Pacemaker, ICD) is highly preferred

+ Previous teaching and educating experience to healthcare professionals is a desirable background

+ Ability to absorb complex clinical technical knowledge and communicate simply to others

+ Proficient in English and Computer skills

+ Preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Biological Science, or Registered Nurse.


**Other Comments or Requirements:**


+ Domestic / International travel will be required

+ Out of hours work may be required
