We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell our advanced and innovative products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in western-central part of Poland.

For this role preferred location is area of Pozna.

**A Day in the Life**

The main purpose of this role is to sell and promote the innovative range of MedtronicMITG Surgical Innovationproducts.

The jobholder is primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product and service delivery. You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole SI team in the territory in order to maximize the opportunities and build strong business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through economic selling, developing and presenting commercial offers.

**Must Haves:**

+ University degree (technical, biotechnical, medical, physiotherapy, biology, business)

+ Min. 1 year of sales experience

+ Fluent English and Polish

+ Computer skills

+ Adaptability, ability and eagerness to learn

+ Creative problem solving

+ Customer focus, team player

+ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong business relationship

+ Sales abilities/persuasiveness, drive for results

**Nice to Haves**

+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule

+ Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to present regularly to individuals as well as large and small groups

+ Previous experience in medical devices
