**A Day in the Life**

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and collecting business data and preparing reports to support the company decision making. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be defined as business partner to Medtronic Caesarea site (Mazor Robotics) RD functions, including preparation and analysis of budget vs. actual, supporting analysis and monitoring of departmental KPIs, prepare calculation for month-end reporting process and ongoing support, as instructed by the Sr. Finance Manager.


As part of your day to day you will:

Act as a business partner and finance liaison to support the decision making process of RD functions in the local Medtronic Caesarea site (Mazor Robotics) by providing financial advice for projects, review of spending, prepare financial forecasts, monitor purchase commitments, prepare financial business case for RD projects, etc..

Build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic reforecasting together with the site RD function leaders.

Perform budget vs. actual analysis and provide the periodic highlights and commentary.

Actively participate in preparation of working papers and analysis for month-end closing process, mainly inventory accounting and accruals.

Supporting the RD team in building and maintaining viable sets of KPIs

Key contributor to SAP implementation process and ongoing maintenance

Work closely with the U.S. based finance team, as local finance focal point for the RD functions.

Ongoing support on ad hoc projects.


**Must Haves**

Bachelor degree with Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

Fluent in Hebrew and English

Strong Excel skills; High level of other Office applications Word, PowerPoint.

Team-oriented, with excellent relationship building and communication skills.

Hands-On personality, ability to work under pressure

Experience with ERP systems


**Nice to Haves**

Experience with BI systems

Strong VBA skills and implementation with Excel

Experience with Priority / SAP
