The **Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) SENIOR Manager** is an exciting position within our Commercial Excellence team. This highly visible and rewarding role will offer the successful incumbent an opportunity to drive SFE initiatives

**A Day in the Life**

**Establish and implement a Centre of Excellence inhouse or external to do the following**

**Sales Force Effectiveness:**

+ Work with regional teams to drive best-practices in Sales Excellence drive demonstratable improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of Sales teams

+ Support and implement selected core capabilities which countries are expected to adopt or develop

+ Set up meaningful SFE KPI dashboard and ensure management visibility on those

+ Work with sub-region teams to track performance and provide thought leadership on new initiatives

+ Identify and execute opportunities for improvement

**Sales Incentives**

+ Work closely with Finance and HR to actively support and in some cases lead design harmonization initiatives and automation of incentive payout admin

+ Drive simplification, transparency and digitalization of the sales incentive including leveraging SIP2.0 platform

+ Develop KPI dashboards on sales incentives payouts and integrate with Customer Relationship Management System

**Segmentation and Targeting**

+ Support the regional and Operating Units led markets to establish consistent segmentation and targeting

+ Collaborate with BI team to provide analytics and help the business leaders drive go-to-market strategies

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

**Your Profile**

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in either Salesforce or Sales Incentive or both with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

+ Strong domain experience in sales force and commercial excellence role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a regional capacity in preferred

+ Strong ability to read and understand data sets

+ Ability to communicate data related issues to Senior management in a simple way

+ Demonstrate creative problem-solving techniques

+ Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment- Good interpersonal skills including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence

+ Ability to understand business dynamics across the region
