**A Day in the Life**

Join a Culture of Collaboration and Innovation, as the Service Supply Chain Analyst, you will manage supplychain functions processes for Commercial Service business ensuring proper planning and stocking levels aremet, correct inventory issues and help to resolve backorders. You will perform yearly field inventory auditsand corrects ERP issues.

You will:

+ Perform supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, inventory control, anddistribution

+ Plan and analyze activities related to timely inventory control, planning and management of fieldinventory

+ Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce cost,streamline procedures and implement solutions.

+ Monitor, analyze, improve and execute models for inventory management, product availability anddelivery performance

+ Manage product availability by correct target setting and identifying and managing critical shortagesfor global Service.

+ Minimize obsolete inventory by managing new product introductions and execute phase in/phase out plans

+ Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (MITG Manufacturing, 3PL, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Customer Care, Marketing, Sales and Data Governance)

+ Initiate improvement initiatives within the current Supply Planning processes like planning, targetsetting and replenishment

+ Work with Field Service Engineers on specific inventory issues relating to their inventory locations.This may involve returning incorrectly shipped inventory from the DC or overstocked inventory that may need to be returned.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Experience working with supply chain and logistic activities

+ Experience managing projects and/or PMP certified

+ Experience with ServiceMax

+ Sales experience with a Service-based product or services

+ Experience dealing with challenging customer situations

+ Possess and demonstrate high work ethic and ability to achieve results

+ Proven skills as an effective decision maker.

+ Customer-focused (internal/external) with a proven track record of understanding customer needs andrequirements while handling opportunities.

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve conflict

+ Strong communication skills

+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Enterprise One and/or SAP
