**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Develops outright, or in partnership with others, compelling digital and social media strategies to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.

+ Establishes, maintains and updates stakeholder centric digital experiences, including the identification, selection and deployment of platforms, tools and applications that deliver on strategic programs and campaigns.

+ Develops promotional programs and campaigns designed to achieve defined business objectives with target audiences via digital channels.

+ Utilizes search engines to maximize Medtronic content utilization and visibility.

+ Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and third party sites as required and in accordance with company policies and governance structures.

+ Manages the implementation and measures performance of digital programs, content and key stakeholder digital engagement results and develops insights into customer's digital behaviors.

+ Develops and manages social media channels and social media campaigns to build stakeholder engagement.

+ Establishes and maintains enterprise digital standards, policies and governance.

+ Manages digital consultants, agencies and vendors.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
