**A Day in the Life**

In this position you will have the opportunity to define and manage the SW Verification and SW Validation processes of our cutting edge, lives saving products.

You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the VV processes, planning and execution of the testing strategies and leading the global team of successful and high-skilled VV Managers (Israel and US). It will include close collaboration with the SW Development teams, Automation team, System team and other cross-functions stakeholders. In this position you will report to the Director of Global SW.

You will:

+ Design the testing strategy for the existing portfolio and for the new products

+ Maintain the VV Procedures

+ Manage and develop the global team (Israel and US) of VV Managers

+ Work with Software and System teams to plan the projects execution using Agile methodology

+ Support and participate the Agile development process within the projects

+ Collaborate with Design QA team to align the VV strategy with the standards and regulations

+ Work with SW Release Manager and PMO team on projects prioritization and resources allocation

+ Collaborate on Non-Product Tools Validation with our team in India (Hyderabad)

+ Work closely with Automation team to implement the automation vision

+ Introduce and advocate the VV best practices and technologies

+ Participate the Global SW team staff

**Must Haves**

+ BSc Degree in Natural Science.

+ 3+ years as a VV/QA Manager

+ 3+ years as VV/QA Team Leader

+ 7+ years experience in QA or VV Domain

+ 5+ years hands-on in software testing /verification

+ Proven hands-on experience with Agile methodology

+ Presentation skills

+ Communicative and collaborative personality

+ High level of English Hebrew (verbal, reading writing)

+ **Nice to Haves**

+ MBA Degree

+ Global Teams Management experience

+ Medical device industry experience

+ Multidisciplinary Products Industry experience

+ Familiarity with software configuration management tool
