The Sales Strategy and Operations group has a broad team dedicated to Pricing Contracting within Medtronics Restorative Therapies Group (RTG). The Senior Contract Analyst works within a team of other analysts, covering specific geographies and RTG therapies across the US. This position regularly interacts with the Sales leaders and other members of the Pricing Contracting organization to enhance the customer experience.


**RTG**

The Restorative Therapies Group develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.


**A Day in the Life**


+ Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.

+ Completes analytical and financial analysis for customer RFPs and RFIs.

+ Prepares ad-hoc reporting and formal business review materials ready to be shared directly with customers.

+ Advises sales management of contractual rights and obligations, and recommends contracting and pricing options in alignment with customer segment strategies.

+ Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

+ Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information.

+ Completes analysis and documentation for rebates, admin fees and other contract compliance items.

+ Supports automation and system enhancements in the organization by serving on project teams as needed.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors degree and 4+ years contracts, pricing, sales operations or finance/business analytics

OR

Masters degree and 2+ years contracts, pricing, sales operations or finance/business analytics


**Nice to Have**


+ Previous contract analytics experience including redlining, negotiation, pricing, and contract management.

+ Advanced proficiency with Excel

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment

+ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude

+ Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

+ Travel may be required.
