The Restorative Therapies Group (RTG) develops life-restoring technologies and solutions to treat diseases in the areas of neurosciences, Spine, ENT and pelvic health. Our therapies span the care continuum; from early interventional procedures to implantable surgical technologies that relieve pain, restore function and improve lives for our patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Develop and execute Operational Excellence programs and efforts at the site short and long-term goals achievement assuring culture and systems development in support of continuous improvement in cost and quality performance.

+ Coach and trainer creation and sustainability of OpEx Structure as defined within the Medtronic Operating System global operational excellence program.

+ Manage Lean Sigma Certification Programs (Green Belt/Black Belt) and assure resources are leveraged for site continuous improvement activities.

+ Provide leadership as it relates to new projects or existing projects

+ Develops, implements and sustains process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.

+ Defines, designs and implements continuous improvement programs to ensure programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across the organization.

+ Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies.

+ Analyzes improvement programs and potential results.

+ Facilitates and coaches improvement teams.

+ Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.

+ Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with 6+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience with 6+ years of managerial experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.
