We are hiring a **Professional Relations Sr Operations Specialist** to join our Structural Heart Professional Relations Team and serve as team lead for identification, development and implementation of new process initiatives for all customer education and physician relations activities. You will be a key owner of all global compliance systems and requirements and manage all international Health Care Professional (HCP) utilization requests. You will own the tracking and reconciliation of the Professional Relations team financials including tracking transfer of value for HCPs and internal chargebacks. You will also own the PO process across the team to support department needs. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects in collaboration with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Compliance and Legal teams.

**A Day in the Life**


Serve as team lead for identification, development, and implementation of new process initiatives for SH Professional Relations team. Process initiatives can include but are not limited to: global compliance requirements, international HCP requests, team financial tracking and auditing, medical education programs, organizational communications, meeting card best practices, resource deployment.

Own all process and oversight associated with global compliance systems and requirements, including serving as team lead for all HUB related activities including accuracy monitoring and compliance audits.

Manage all international HCP utilization requests (e.g. faculty, general consulting, congress podium, MDT meetings).

Regularly tracking and reconcile Professional Relations financials (including Medical Education, Proctor Program, Physician Relations), working with teams and SH Finance to track spending and accruals.

Support Meeting Planning team by entering transfer of value for HCP engagements, internal chargebacks, and accruals.

Manage process for auditing, processing and payment of all HCPs and 3rd party vendors.

Process POs for the SH Professional Relations team, acting as a subject matter expert to ensure proper processes are in place and followed.

Manage Grants and Donations process, supporting SH Physician Relations as needed.

Provide back-up support for operations (e.g. analytics, contracts) and meeting planning as needed.

Keep pace and benchmark system practices within CVG and SH.

Use a wide range of problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and barriers and maintain project advancement to completion.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

You will need a Bachelors Degree

4+ years of experience in a role involving project management and tracking/analyzing of data (2 years with Advanced Degree)


**Nice to Have:**

Previous Medtronic experience or experience in the healthcare industry or other regulated industry

Previous data analysis experience

Ability to apply knowledge to adult learning, including needs assessment and knowledge transfer
