We are currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG) sales team. In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share by promoting our Respiratory Monitoring Solutions portfolio to Anaesthesia, Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department areas along with all the associated clinical experts within these arenas. The territory will cover from South Auckland into the Midland region including Waikato, Taurunga and Rotorua.


This role will be based out of Auckland or Hamilton.


**A Day in the Life**


**In this role, you will:**


+ Develop and execute strategic territory plans in conjunction with your manager, focusing on target surgeons to achieve sales targets.

+ Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key customers.

+ Support theatre cases and provide training and education effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products that includes regular product updates, trials and in-services.

+ Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer/ patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed.


**Must Have Minimum Requirements**


+ A Bachelors degree in Nursing, Science or Business related discipline is essential

+ Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a success track record in the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry

+ Strong understanding of the New Zealand public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres

+ Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff

+ Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results
